Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Renault KSA. Following are the terms & conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10 working days after requisite approvals. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days.

Please allow additional days in case if you reside outside Riyadh region. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, then we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation SMS & email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

Shipment fees

There will be a shipment cost depending on your location, unless stated otherwise.

Free of cost shipment in Central Region currently.

Damages

Renault KSA is not responsible for any damages after delivery documents have been signed.

The customer has the right to return the car if any damages are present before signing the delivery note.

Shipping (For non-Saudi women)

Additional formalities need to be covered for a Non-Saudi women as per prevailing regulations. The time depicted here is not valid up until these requirements are met.
